Who is Monique?
Monique is a God-fearing woman whose mark of excellence is evident in everything she touches. She is the author of the impactful debut book, Customer Service God’s Way – A Guide to Serve, which bridges biblical principles with professional excellence. This work reflects her passion for elevating service through a faith-based lens.
Beyond her consulting work, she is an ordained teacher of the five fold ministry and a goodwill ambassador to Restoration World Outreach Ministries Inc (RWOMI) who devotes time to chaplaincy and counseling programs across Jamaican high schools, nurturing teens to live with clarity and purpose. She hosts an online discipleship platform and teaches Customer Service God’s Way at RWOMI Christian University in Florida. Monique also serves on the board of ROMI International (Ja) Training Institute, believing wholeheartedly that with Christ, we can achieve our highest potential.
